Q. What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@CQFitness.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package (This must be tracked). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at Support@CQFitness.co.uk.

Q. What is the quality like?
We take great pride in our products which are all made to a high standard of quality and manufactured to meet safety requirements. We also take great care in packaging our products to ensure they are not damaged during transit. Rest assured we aim to bring you not only a great quality product but offer you the best after sale support on the market.

Q. How can I get references from previous customers?
We have received a great deal of glowing feedback. To find customer references visit our home page or take a look at the bottom of the product page! We also have a review highlight story on our official instagram page @charlesqualityfitness.

Q. How Come Delivery Times Vary Between Different Products?
We use multiple warehouses which often provide different shipping times, the cost benefits of using multiple warehouses are reflected in the great prices that we can offer our customers compared to other brands with limited distributions.

Q. Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes we do deliver on a global level, at the moment we also offer free global shipping!

Q. How long will my delivery take?
Our free standard delivery is available globally, the estimated delivery time is 1-2  wks on average depending on location, this delivery time frame doesn't include our processing time. 

Q. How long is the process time on my product?
We aim to process and ship every order within three working days.

Q. Can COVID-19 effect my purchase?
Due to COVID-19 shipping can be delayed which is out of our control at the moment, in relation to this issue we are offering free global shipping and product discounts, however before placing your order please note our delivery time frame 'could potentially' be delayed up to an extra of 4-14 business days.
